About our MD

Paul is a former director of Housing and Finance Consultancy BWNL. He has 16 years experience in Local Government finance and 18 years working in social housing finance. He has experience of Housing stock transfers, business planning for local authority housing and registered providers, risk analysis, stress testing, competitive bids, and rent setting and leaseholder services.

Bespoke Financial Modelling Solutions

Because there are times when off the shelf packages do not provide the detail or flexibility required for modelling new initiatives.

We use our technical expertise in Microsoft® products including Excel® and Access® with VBA to build bespoke models. We will work with you to ensure the model meets your needs and ensure it is useable and updateable by the end user. Our aim is to ensure that customers come back because they like our offer not because they are tied to a model that they can’t use independently.
